Carol's Garden
Carol Bird Owsley, Executive Director, was honored on August 29, 2009 for over 25 years of service to the agency with the dedication of "Carol's Garden", a community garden, the produce of which will be used in CAC's food pantry next summer.Doug Smith, CAC Board President, presented Carol with a plaque commemorating this event.
